Thomas Sawyer brings over thirty years of professional experience in senior management roles at companies such as Lockheed Martin and DLH. He has demonstrated success in leadership, capture management, program management, transition planning, startups, change management, systems engineering, and business development. As a versatile and proven leader, Tom has overseen operations both nationally and internationally across sectors including healthcare, logistics, engineering, and emergency response.
Notably, Tom has led major infrastructure initiatives, such as the nationwide replacement of Air Traffic Control Enroute systems. He has secured over $1 billion in contracts as a capture manager and has served on executive tiger teams at Lockheed Martin for billion-dollar opportunities. Tom continues to champion Capture Excellence. Beyond his corporate achievements, he has also led multiple humanitarian non-profit efforts, supporting self-sufficiency initiatives for displaced and disadvantaged communities in the U.S., Mexico, and the Middle East. Tom is a certified leadership instructor, trainer, and coach.
Ellie Sawyer is a dynamic and results-driven project management professional, recognized for her adaptability and strong leadership. With a background in managing complex programs, she successfully led a $126 million statewide COVID-19 relief initiative in Alaska. Her expertise spans multiple sectors—including healthcare, telecommunications, and humanitarian services—where she has guided cross-functional teams to achieve meaningful impact.
In addition to her program leadership, Ellie brings a deep understanding of the nonprofit sector. She excels at capturing an organization’s vision and translating it into compelling grant proposals and funding strategies.
